In line with the enactment of the 20.04.2005 Law of Georgia on Public Procurement, Tbilisi Metro Ltd set up a Procurement Unit with the following priorities to accomplish its objective: 

- Rational spending of the funds intended for procurements;

- Fair and non-discriminative approach to those taking part in procurements;

- Transparency of procurement procedures;

- Publicity of procurements.

To purchase goods, services and works, Tbilisi Metro will cooperate with all Georgia or foreign resident legal entities or individuals.
